About Mindful Ink

Who Are We

We are a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including international school counselors, clinical psychologists, psychomotor therapists, special educators, and mindfulness-based social-emotional resilience practitioners.

Our work integrates graduate-level training, professional certifications, and practical experience across diverse international educational settings. Together, we support students, families, and educators in building emotional balance, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills through evidence-informed and school-centered approaches.

Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive frameworks. We integrate mindfulness-based social-emotional learning, counseling practices, and psychological support to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Through Mindfulink, we offer individual support, group programs, and professional development for educators, all focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being.

Our shared mission is to create safe and supportive environments where individuals feel valued, emotionally secure, and empowered to grow, adapt, and thrive.
