am a Consultant, ISCA-Certified School Counselor, and Trauma-Informed Specialist with graduate training in psychology and mindfulness-based education.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mindfulness for Educators and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology. My work integrates academic preparation, professional certification, and practical experience in international school settings.
I support students, families, and educators in building emotional balance, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills through mindfulness-based and evidence-informed practices.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive frameworks. I integrate mindfulness, social-emotional learning (SEL), positive psychology, and international school counseling models to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Through Mindfulink, I provide individual counseling, group programs, and professional workshops focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being.
My mission is to create safe and supportive environments where learners, families, professionals, and athletes feel emotionally secure, valued, and empowered to grow, adapt, and thrive.
Mindfulness is more than a practice. It is a way of living with clarity, presence, and self-compassion. My work is grounded in research-based, trauma-informed approaches that integrate neuroscience, psychology, and social-emotional learning (SEL). I meet each person where they are, with care and respect, and offer practical, science-backed tools to support emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being. Whether navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, I help individuals regain balance, confidence, and a sense of inner calm.
